CLIENT DATA
First and most important aspect of the design stages, wherein the clients’ requirements, thoughts, visions etc. are noted down and analyzed and transformed into functional design concept .
CONCEPT
This is where all the creative ideas are explored. All permutations combinations are done as per the clients’ brief is taken to the drawing board. Design takes place in various combinations and options with thumb rule costing for the same worked out.
DOCUMENTATIONS
Once the design options have been finalized, budgets have been decided, then begins the journey with details, In this phase, all construction drawings and their execution details are finalized with the team, the respective contractors, and the clients too.
DELIVERY
This being the final handover stage of project. Snag lists are made, get it done/ rectified all the listed items, necessary maintenance is discussed and the project is happily handed over to clients.
